Organization
View all users with Portal permissions in your company. Admins can adjust the roles of other users and delete them, which revokes their Portal access entirely.
Admins can also connect your company's identity provider so users sign in with SSO. Aktify supports SAML and OIDC identity protocols. See the Single Sign-On guide.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| None | The default role assigned when a user first creates an account. Cannot access the Portal until an Admin assigns them a different role. |
| Admin | Can view all settings and pages, make edits, and manage other users' roles. |
| Editor | Can view all settings and pages and make edits. Cannot manage user roles. |
| Read-Only | Can view all pages but cannot make edits. |
