Organization

View all users with Portal permissions in your company. Aktify supports SAML and OIDC identity protocols. Admins can adjust the roles of other users and delete them, which revokes their Portal access entirely.

Roles

Role	Permissions
None	The default role assigned when a user first creates an account. Cannot access the Portal until an Admin assigns them a different role.
Admin	Can view all settings and pages, make edits, and manage other users' roles.
Editor	Can view all settings and pages and make edits. Cannot manage user roles.
Read-Only	Can view all pages but cannot make edits.
