Organization

View all users with Portal permissions in your company. Aktify supports SAML and OIDC identity protocols. Admins can adjust the roles of other users and delete them, which revokes their Portal access entirely.

Roles

RolePermissions
NoneThe default role assigned when a user first creates an account. Cannot access the Portal until an Admin assigns them a different role.
AdminCan view all settings and pages, make edits, and manage other users' roles.
EditorCan view all settings and pages and make edits. Cannot manage user roles.
Read-OnlyCan view all pages but cannot make edits.
