Overview
When you log in to the Portal, the first page you'll see is the Company Overview. It provides key statistics aggregated across all of your campaigns. To see an individual campaign's statistics, select it from the Campaigns page; you will be taken to the campaign-level Overview.
To begin, select a Date Range to examine and a Comparison Range to compare against. By default, the comparison range is the same length as the examination range and ends the day before the examination range begins.
Because of the large amount of data being processed, this page updates approximately once per hour.
Standard Statistics
The following metrics are shown for all campaigns:

| Leads Posted | The number of leads posted in the date range. |
| SMS Sent | The number of SMS messages sent in the date range, including scripted outreach and agent replies. |
| SMS Deliverability | The percentage of attempted outbound messages that were delivered. If a message is not delivered on the first attempt, Aktify will retry up to two more times. |
| Engagement Rate | The percentage of posted leads that engaged with the agent via a call or text reply, including opt-outs. |
| DNC Rate | The percentage of leads in DNC status for the date range. Includes carrier DNCs and leads who indicate Aktify has the wrong number, ask us to stop contacting them, or use stronger language. |
| Carrier DNC Rate | The percentage of SMS messages that resulted in a carrier-level DNC (Do Not Contact). Calculated as the number of STOP keywords (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, OPTOUT, QUIT) divided by messages sent. |
Call-Focused Campaigns
The following values and visualizations represent the performance of campaigns whose goal is to transfer leads to a call center.
Call Metrics
- Call Transfer Rate: The percentage of posted leads who transferred to the call center via an outbound or inbound call in which the lead pressed "1".
- Call Transfers: The total number of transfers to the call center via an outbound or inbound call in which the lead pressed "1". Some leads may transfer multiple times.
- Billable Call Transfers: The number of transfers lasting 60 seconds or longer.
- Avg Call Duration: The mean duration of transferred calls.
Call Charts
- Call Transfers: A bar chart displaying the number of transfers (Y axis) per day (X axis), with Billable and Non-Billable values stacked. A reference line shows the average number of calls across the time range.
- Call Transfers by Duration: A bar chart displaying the number of transfers (Y axis) grouped by duration range (X axis).
- Leads Messaged Transfer Rate: A combined chart with bars showing how many leads were messaged each day (Y axis left, X axis day) and a line showing the percentage of those leads who transferred to the call center (Y axis right). Zoom is enabled.
- Carrier DNC Rate: A combined chart with bars showing how many messages were sent and how many were carrier DNCs (Y axis left, X axis day), plus a line showing the carrier DNC rate (Y axis right). Zoom is enabled.
Link-Focused Campaigns
You can select a custom Time Period and Comparison Period for these metrics and charts.
Link Metrics
- Click-Through Rate: The percentage of leads who clicked at least one link in a campaign during the date range.
- Links Sent: The number of times a link was sent to a lead during the date range.
- Total Clicks: The total number of times a lead clicked a link in a campaign during the date range. Some leads may click a link multiple times.
Link Charts
Each chart includes a Granularity dropdown with Daily (default), Weekly, and Hourly views. All times are in Pacific Time, and all charts have zoom enabled.
- Link Click Statistics: A combined chart displaying link clicks (Y axis) by time period (X axis).
- Stacked bars show the counts of first, second, third, 4th+, and cross-lead IP clicks.
- A line shows the number of links sent in each time period.
- Second, third, and 4th+ clicks are counted only if the link was originally clicked within the past 60 days. Only the first click in each time period (hour, day, or week) is shown.
- Link Click Rate: A combined chart with bars displaying the numbers of unique and repeat clicks (Y axis left) and a line showing the click rate (Y axis right) by time period (X axis).
- Carrier DNC Rate: A combined chart with bars showing how many messages were sent and how many were carrier DNCs (Y axis left) per day (X axis), plus a line showing the carrier DNC rate (Y axis right).
