Leads

The Leads page is divided into two tabs: Lists and Audit Trail.

Lead Lists Overview

The Lists tab provides a summary of all uploaded lead lists for Aged campaigns. The top of the page displays totals for how many leads have been submitted, remain to be posted, were posted, were rejected, and were duplicates. See Definitions for more information about lead posting.

The main table breaks this information down by lead list. You can customize the view by selecting columns, filtering results with standard operators, and clicking column headers to sort A–Z or Z–A, pin the column left or right, and access filter and column-selection options.

Columns

ColumnDescription
CampaignThe campaign that is using the lead list.
Lead ListThe lead list file name.
List CreatedWhen the lead list was created in the Aktify system.
TotalThe number of lead records (rows) provided to Aktify in the lead list.
RemainingThe number of leads still in the lead list that have not yet been attempted for posting.
PostedThe number of leads that have been posted to the campaign.
DuplicatedThe number of records in the lead list that were duplicates. A duplicated lead is only posted once.
LandlinesThe number of phone numbers in the lead list that were detected to be landlines.
RejectedThe number of records that were rejected, often because they were on a DNC list, used a detected fake phone number, or used a detected fake or inappropriate name.

The following columns are hidden by default and can be toggled on from the column-selection menu:

UnprocessedThe number of leads in the lead list that have not yet been processed by Aktify.
LitigatorsThe number of phone numbers in the lead list that were identified as belonging to known litigators (numbers previously involved in legal action or disputes related to violations of SMS regulations).
DeletedThe number of records in the lead list that have been deleted.

Audit Trail

The Audit Trail tab provides a detailed record of each lead's progression through the Aktify system.

By default, the table shows the most recently posted leads across campaigns. You can search for a specific lead by entering a phone number, filter the results by lead status (see Definitions) or campaign, or use the Rejected only toggle to review only the leads that could not be posted.

Lead Records

Each lead record displays the following columns:

First NameThe lead's first name, if provided.
CampaignThe campaign to which the lead was posted.
SubmittedThe timestamp when the lead was submitted to Aktify.
PostedThe timestamp when the lead was posted, if posting was successful.
StatusThe lead's current status (see Definitions).

Click the dropdown icon in the leftmost column of a row to expand the record and surface additional details. You can view this information in the default Portal format or as raw data.

The additional information includes:

  • Lead Source: Where the lead came from — usually your company, Aktify (for test leads), or a partner you're working with.
  • Origin: How the lead was sent to Aktify — usually API or lead list.
  • Line Type: A description of the phone attached to the number — usually mobile, fixed line, or landline.
  • Timeline: A breakdown of core actions taken for or by the lead, including record submission, Aktify record creation, posting, phone lookup, first outbound message, first inbound message, transfers, and more.
