Campaigns

The Campaigns page shows every campaign configured for your company. Each campaign appears as a tile with summary information. Click a tile to open that campaign's Overview.

Each tile displays:

  • Campaign Status: The campaign's current state.
    • Live: The campaign is actively receiving and messaging leads.
    • Draining: The campaign is no longer receiving new leads, but outreach continues for leads already in flow.
    • Stopped: The campaign is no longer active and will not send messages or calls.
  • Lead Status: A visualization of the statuses of leads in this campaign. Hover over each section to view more details. See Definitions for an explanation of each lead status.
  • Campaign Created: The date when the campaign was first created.
  • Updated: The date when the campaign was last edited.
  • Daily Posting Limits: For Aged campaigns, the maximum number of leads that can be posted each day. For Realtime campaigns, these values do not affect lead posting.
