Conversation Feed
The Conversation Feed displays all conversations across your campaigns where the lead has sent at least one message and has not opted out of future communications.
Customize Your View
Select Date
Use the Select Date picker to choose which day's conversations you would like to review. The current date is selected by default.
This section also includes a Refresh button to pull any new messages.
Select Columns
Choose which columns to display. The available columns are:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Last Msg Received | The timestamp of the last inbound message, in your device's local time. |
| Phone | The lead's phone number. |
| Campaign | The campaign in which the conversation is taking place. |
| Name | The lead's first name, if available. Blank if no first name was provided. |
| Messages | Up to the two most recent messages sent by the lead. |
| Status | The lead's current status (see Definitions). |
| Undeliverable Reason | The code or explanation for why the lead's status is Dead, if applicable. |
| # of Replies | The total number of messages the lead has sent in the conversation. |
| Appointments | The date and time of any scheduled appointments. These can represent calls in a transfer-focused campaign or in-person appointments in an appointment-scheduling campaign. |
Filter Results
Filter the results on any column using standard operators.
Density
Adjust the row density to your preference.
Edit Columns
Clicking a column header lets you sort that column A–Z or Z–A, pin the column to the left or right, and access the filtering and column-selection features.
Export
You can export the results as a CSV. Your view preferences are preserved across visits.
Review Conversations
Click any row to view the full conversation on the same page, or click the lead's phone number to open the conversation in a new tab on the campaign-level Conversations page.
