How do I view my campaign's performance?

To view performance across all campaigns, see the Company Overview.

To view performance in a specific campaign, select it on the Campaigns page; you will be taken to the Campaign Overview.

For a more detailed breakdown by category of lead, see the Reports.

To see all actions taken by or with individual leads, check out the audit trail on the Leads page.

How do I view active conversations?

To see all conversations where a lead has sent one or more replies on a given day, use the Conversation Feed.

To see all conversations from leads posted in a campaign during a given date range, select a Campaign and open its Conversations page.

To see all conversations a single lead has had across all campaigns, enter their phone number on the company-level Conversations page.

How can I see everything that has happened to a lead?

Open the audit trail on the Leads page.
