Aktify Lead Sync is a Salesforce managed package that connects your Salesforce org to Aktify. Once installed and configured, it:

• Sends Leads to Aktify automatically. When a Lead is added to an Aktify-connected campaign — from the campaign page, a list view, a report, an import, or by setting its Aktify Campaign Id — it's posted to Aktify with no manual export or middleware.
• Sends campaign metadata with each Lead. Map Lead fields (or fixed values) to the metadata keys an Aktify campaign uses for personalized messaging, per campaign.
• Tracks sync status on the Lead record. Packaged fields show whether each Lead synced successfully, and why not if it didn't.
• Writes engagement data back to Salesforce. A scheduled job fills in each Lead's Aktify status along with call and message counters.
