**Aktify Lead Sync** is a Salesforce managed package that connects your Salesforce org to Aktify. Once installed and configured, it:

- **Sends Leads to Aktify automatically.** When a Lead is added to an Aktify-connected campaign — from the campaign page, a list view, a report, an import, or by setting its **Aktify Campaign Id** — it's posted to Aktify with no manual export or middleware.
- **Sends campaign metadata with each Lead.** Map Lead fields (or fixed values) to the metadata keys an Aktify campaign uses for personalized messaging, per campaign.
- **Tracks sync status on the Lead record.** Packaged fields show whether each Lead synced successfully, and why not if it didn't.
- **Writes engagement data back to Salesforce.** A scheduled job fills in each Lead's Aktify status along with call and message counters.
